– scan of foraign diploma of the first-cycle studies (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) with official transcript of grades covering the whole course of study with legalization or apostille,
– English language certificate – at least level B2
– medical certificate – applies to foreign candidates who apply to study in Civil Engineering, Specialization: Engineering Infrastructure),
– passport copy – page with photo – applies to foreign candidates,
– translation into Polish of documents issued in languages other than Polish or English,
– Recognition Statement issued by Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange including information confirming that the diploma gives the right to apply to second cycle studies (Master’s degree). Recruitment Commission may depart from the rule of submitting an opinion on diploma’s recognition in the case of university diplomas confirmed completion of higher education in the European Union, European Economic Area (EEA) or OECD member states.
