Warsaw University of Life Sciences – SGGW in IROs Forum
Warsaw University of Life Sciences – SGGW (SGGW) was admitted to the IROs Forum (International Relations Offices Forum), which is a network of international relations offices of 24 Polish Higher Education Institutions.
During the meeting of the IROs Forum’s Council, which was held on September 8th 2021, SGGW’s key achievements in the field of international cooperation, as well as activities for the internationalization of higher education in Poland, were presented respectively.
IROs Forum aims to increase the quality, effectiveness, and scope of international cooperation of Polish universities by: exchanging information and examples of good practice; organizing conferences, workshops and seminars; implementing joint projects; promoting IROs Forum partner universities in Poland and abroad; expressing opinions on legal regulations of higher education.

Warsaw University of Life Sciences – SGGW is the first life sciences university among the members of the IROs Forum. Through the exchange of experiences and good practices within the IROs Forum, SGGW will actively work on the internationalization of scientific research and the teaching process. Recently, to meet the needs of foreigners admitted at SGGW, the Welcome Point – WePoint was established within the structure of the International Relations Office, whose tasks include supporting students, trainees and employees from abroad.
