Such students may apply for transfer admission under the Academic Regulations (Chapter V).
Due to an extraordinary situation, this procedure may omit the candidate’s presentation of the consent or opinion of the competent person in charge of the organizational unit of the Ukrainian university the student is leaving.
During the transfer procedure, the Vice Deans verify if the candidate’s level of proficiency in Polish allows him/her to continue his/her studies and make an appropriate note on his/her application; for this purpose, a meeting with the candidate should be organized. The faculty authorities ensure that the newly accepted students have the opportunity to make up the classes.
