The status of professor retired from SGGW
Rector of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, prof. dr hab. Michał Zasada issued a decree on the principles of awarding the status of retired professor at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences and the rights of retired professors.The possibility for the Rector to grant the status of retired professor of WULS-SGGW was introduced in order to maintain ties with the University and to maintain intergenerational contacts conducive to the exchange of professional and scientific experience. The status of a retired professor of WULS-SGGW may be obtained by a professor or university professor who has retired and is not an employee of WULS-SGGW.
A retired SGGW professor is entitled to:
- access to the resources and library system of WULS-SGGW as an employee of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences;
- participation in research and projects conducted by the University,
- the right to affiliate:
a) scientific publications,
b) conference speeches,
c) public and media appearances,
d) press articles, - access to the University’s IT infrastructure, including the WiFi network,
- using an e-mail account in the sggw.edu.pl domain,
- the possibility of entering the University campus,
- the possibility of using the premises of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, with the consent of the head of the organizational unit.
