The New Library Council of the National Institute of Polish Rural Culture and Heritage
Director of the SGGW Main Library, named after Władysław Grabski, Dr. Wojciech Woźniak was appointed to the Library Council of the National Institute of Polish Rural Culture and Heritage in Warsaw.
The constituent meeting of the Library Council was held on 8 February 2022 at the seat of the Institute. During the meeting, the Library Council chairmen were elected. Dr. Tomasz Makowski, director of the National Library, was appointed the chairman, while Dr. Wojciech Woźniak, director of the SGGW Main Library was elected the deputy chairman. Moreover, the following challenges facing the Institute’s library were discussed: cataloging the collection,
adaptation of library rooms at the palace in Puławy, digitization of the book collection, and the development of The Food Economy Information System database (SIGŻ).

Mariusz Olczak, Director of the Central Archives of Modern Records.
