The Meeting of U-GREEN Project Partners at SGGW

The third meeting of the U-GREEN project partners focused on university collaboration to promote green transformation and sustainable practices in education. The project is carried out within the Erasmus+ strategic partnership (Action KA220), together with Universidad de Almería (UAL), Haute Ecole de la Province de Liège (HEPL), Instituto Politécnico de Coimbra (IPC), Agricultural University – Plovdiv, University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (UNIMORE), Agricultural University of Iceland (AUI), Paris Sup’Biotech, and INCOMA as our partners.

Hitherto, during the project’s previous stages, standards and guidelines for green transformation in higher education institutions were developed, including the criteria for awarding the ‘Green Badge’. The badge is considered to be a kind of certificate confirming compliance with the principles of green transformation.

Throughout the two-day meeting on 20-21 September 2023, participants worked on a training program and educational materials for U-GREEN experts. These materials will constitute publicly accessible resources on the virtual knowledge platform.
