- Information about studies completed outside the home university is reflected in the supplement to the diploma.
- In general, the MostAR program refers to the European education system within the ERASMUS LLP program.
Assumptions and organization of education within the program
- The MostAR program covers all fields of study at the universities participating in the program.
- Formal and organizational matters of students participating in the program are handled by the home university.
- The coordination of student mobility between universities and the arrangement of programs is the responsibility of the MostAR Office, whose seat is at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences.
- Registration of students to the MostAR Office for studies in a given academic year takes place at least 6 weeks before the start of studies.
- In the case of high interest in studies at a given university and in a given field of study during a semester, exceeding the possibilities of admission by a given university, students may be offered another university providing education in the same field of study.
- Information on students qualified to study under the MostAR program will be forwarded by the Office to the relevant university immediately after the approval of study programs between universities and the determination of the number of outgoing students.
- While studying under the MostAR program, the student is entitled to scholarships from the financial aid fund (except for housing subsidies), scholarships from the Minister responsible for higher education and others, is paid by the home university.
- The universities hosting students provide them with places in the dormitory.
- Home universities cover the cost of accommodation for their students in student dormitories of their host universities for one semester.
- The fee for accommodation in a student dormitory is paid by the student’s home university, on the basis of invoices sent by the host university. The payment term is set at 21 days from the date of its receipt.
Students of the MostAR program

Credit for completed studies
- The condition for passing the semester is the completion of the study program agreed between the universities and approved by the Dean of the home university.
- Completion of individual subjects is recorded in the student’s periodic achievement card and in the student record book, if the university issues indexes to students.
- In the student’s periodic achievement card, the Dean of the faculty where the student studied confirms the student’s classes in selected subjects along with the grades obtained.
- The semester is credited by the Dean of the home university.
