The Warsaw University of Life Sciences is the best natural and agricultural university in Poland, as well as a dynamically developing academic center with recognition at home and abroad. We cooperate with many Polish and foreign universities and economic operators, implementing prestigious research and teaching topics in which our students also take an active part.
SGGW offers 40 fields of study (including 9 in English) – from veterinary and landscape architecture, to economics and computer science, to tourism and dietetics. It educates nearly 18,000 people. students in full-time, part-time, doctoral and postgraduate studies, also runs the Open University with a diverse offer of courses for those interested in deepening their knowledge and skills. It employs 1,200 academic teachers, with a modern campus and excellent scientific and didactic conditions. The University attaches great importance to keeping study programmes up to date and adapted to the needs of the economy and the labour market and the interests of young people. It provides knowledge acquisition and valuable experience also in the framework of international exchange of students.

ERASMUS
SGGW educates young people in a two-cycle system. First-cycle studies are bachelor’s or engineering studies, lasting 3 – 4 years, depending on the field of study. After the first-cycle studies, the student has the opportunity to continue their studies at the master’s level. SGGW students can take advantage of the ERASMUS program.
SGGW is the coordinator of the MostAR program, under which students from the second year of studies may study 1 – 2 semesters at another partner university in the country.
