- deadline for attaching to the Candidate Service System the following application documents:
– scan of international diploma of the first-cycle studies (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) with an official transcript of grades covering the whole course of study with legalization or apostille,
– English language certificate – at least level B2
– medical certificate – applies to international candidates who apply to study in Civil Engineering, Specialization: Engineering Infrastructure and Forestry, Specialization: Forest Information Technology,
– passport copy – page with photo – applies to international candidates,
– translation of documents issued in languages other than Polish or English into Polish,
– Recognition Statement issued by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange, including information confirming that the diploma gives you the right to apply to second cycle studies (Master’s degree). How to obtain a recognition statement: https://nawa.gov.pl/en/recognition/how-to-obtain-a-recognition-statement Recruitment Commission may depart from the rule of submitting an opinion on diploma’s recognition in the case of university diplomas confirmed completion of higher education in the European Union, European Economic Area (EEA) or OECD member states. - deadline to pay the recruitment fee

- verification of the applications by the Recruitment Committee,

16th – 18th July 2021 | | supplementing data in the SOK, - attaching of digital photography to the Candidate Service System (SOK)
- confirmation of readiness to study in Candidate Service System by qualified persons
- a printout of a personal questionnaire from the SOK

From 19th to 29th July 2021 | from 9:00a.m. to 3:00p.m. | - Submission (in person or by post) of documents by the candidates qualified for admission to study, Biuro Spraw Studenckich (building 8) Nowoursynowska 166, Warsaw – check the list of required documents
