Section activities
The scope of the Section of National Projects within the Framework of the Office for Science and National Projects includes issues relating to proposals financed by national funds and from the Structural Funds, with the exception of the programmes of the Minister responsible for higher education and science, outsourced work and investment projects, including:
(1) keeping SGGW’s academic and scientific and teaching staff informed about the possibilities of raising funds from the Structural Funds and national sources, i.e. the the National Science Centre (NCN) and the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBiR), by drawing up a schedule of competitions and sending out in the form of a newsletter by electronic means;
(2) organisation of training, workshops on the application and implementation of projects;
(3) advising on the application and implementation of projects;
(4) coordinating the preparation of application documentation for university-wide projects, as indicated by the Rector, Vice-Rector of the University of Poland; Science or Chancellor;
(5) administrative coordination of the implementation of university-wide projects, as indicated by the Rector, the Vice-Rector responsible in the field of science or the Chancellor;
(6) a record of project application forms and project grant agreements.
The process for applying, implementation and reporting of projects is determined by Order No. 36 of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences Rector on 03.06.2020, on the introduction of the “regulations for the preparation and implementation of Projects financed with the use of external sources registered at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences in Warsaw monitored by the Section of National Projects”
