Doctoral Id Card
We kindly inform you that matters related to the electronic doctoral student ID (ELD) card can be addressed in building 2 room. 11
Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 14.00
In order to obtain an electronic Doctoral Card, phD students are required to:
CI guidelines for placing a photo in the University system:
- digital form of 300 dots per inch (300 dpi) in jpg format;
- print size 2.00 cm (base) by 2.50 cm (height);
- ID photo, in color;
- uniform, bright background (there must be no additional elements);
- the portrait must not reach below the armpit;
- photo without head covering (i.a. hats), without glasses with dark lenses;
- a person with visual impairment may attach photographs showing a person wearing glasses with dark lenses, and a person wearing a head covering in accordance with the rules of their religion - photographs showing a person wearing a headgear (a document confirming the right to attach a photograph showing a person wearing glasses with dark glasses there is a certificate of the degree of disability of a person due to a congenital or acquired eye defect, issued in accordance with the provisions on disability and degree of disability;
The PhD student is responsible for the photo posted!
If you print a card with an incorrect photo, you will be charged immediately for printing the duplicate.
Please Note!
Due to increased control in the ELS handling system, the current Ph.D. student data in HMS must be identical to the data contained on the extended ID card.
In the event of a change of name or check-in address, the doctoral student is required to request a printout of the duplicate Doctoral Card.
In the event of data discrepancies, the existing ID card will not be renewed for the next new academic year.
On 23.10.2014 The Science Office received information from the Information Centre regarding blocked tickets for ELD.
We kindly inform you that doctoral students who have trouble loading a ZTM ticket to the ELD need to bring their card to the Information Center – room. 18 in order to unlock it.
On 08.10.2014 The Science Bureau received information from the ZTM through the Information Centre that, for technical reasons,
BLOCKED ELD ticket CANNOT be activated
(also at the ZTM point on Iron Street 61).
The only way out in this situation is to load the ticket on the city card or make a duplicate ELD (the cost of the duplicate is covered by the doctoral student).
