Conflict resolution system
- Appointment of a representative of doctoral students to whom one can report in the event of a conflict (doctoral students themselves choose their representative in a secret ballot).
- Attempt to resolve the conflict within doctoral students through an appointed representative and the Doctoral Students’ Council.
- In a more difficult case, the appointed representative presents the case to the Head of the Doctoral School, who tries to solve the case alone or with the help of the discipline representative who is a member of the Program Council.
- In the event of an appeal against the Head’s decision or a conflict with the Head of the Doctoral School, the appointed representative reports the matter to the Vice-Rector for Research.
- If it is impossible to resolve the conflict within the University, the representative of doctoral students shall refer the matter to the Doctoral Student Rights Ombudsman operating at the National Representation of Doctoral Students.
- Placing on the website of the Doctoral School a contact list for the coordinators for the Equal Treatment of Employees and Students and the coordinators for the Prevention of Discrimination and Mobbing.
