PhD student ID
In order to receive an electronic doctoral student ID, doctoral students of the Doctoral School of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences are required to:
- account creation in the Virtual Dean’s Office – https://ehms.sggw.pl/standard/,
- upload the current photo to the system via the ehms account – tab my data – edition,
inform the employee of the doctoral school by - e-mail about the willingness to receive an electronic doctoral student ID from WULS-SGGW.
CI guidelines regarding the photo uploaded in the University system:
- digital form of the resolution of 300 points per inch (300 dpi) in jpg format;
- print size 2.00 cm (base) by 2.50 cm (height);
- ID photo, color;
uniform, light - background (no additional elements may be present);
- the portrait must not reach below the armpit;
- photo without a hat, glasses with dark lenses;
- a person with congenital or acquired eye defects may attach photos showing a person wearing glasses with dark lenses, and a person wearing a head covering in accordance with the rules of his religion – photos showing a person with a head covering (a document confirming the right to attach a photo showing a person wearing glasses with dark glasses is a certificate of the degree of disability of a person due to a congenital or acquired eye defect, issued in accordance with the provisions on disability and degree of disability; the document confirming the right to attach a photograph showing a person wearing a headgear is a certificate of belonging to a religious community).
WARNING!
Due to the increased control in the ELS service system, the current data of the doctoral student in the HMS system must be identical to the data contained in the extended ID card.
In the event of a change of name or address, the doctoral student is obliged to apply for a duplicate of the doctoral student ID card.
In the event of discrepancies in data, the existing ID card will not be extended for the next, new academic year.
