Underage candidates for first-cycle and long-cycle studies
Minor applicants need a written declaration signed by parents or legal guardians to participate in the recruitment process, undertake studies, sign a personal questionnaire, sign a contract/ declaration of understanding, and accept the payment terms for studies at SGGW.
A minor applicant accepted for admission shall submit the documents in the presence of both parents or legal guardians, who personally shall sign the declaration in front of a university staff member (template declaration available below).
A minor applicant who is not accompanied by their parents or legal guardians when submitting the documents must present a declaration signed by both parents or legal guardians, and these signatures must be certified by a notary public or a Polish consul.
A birth certificate or a court order granting parental rights must be presented with the declaration.
