This is also the deadline for:

• upload the maturity exam results (applicable for holders of Polish maturity certificates, Ukrainian certificates (1-12 scale), Belarusian certificates (scale 1-10), IB diplomas, EB diplomas)
• admission fee payment
• upload a digital photo
• upload a scan of certificate of the winner of the national-level school contest (if applicable)
• upload scans of English language proficiency certificates
• upload scans of foreign high school certificates (not applicable for Ukrainian certificates (1-12 scale), IB diplomas, EB diplomas)
• upload a scan of decision of Education Superintendent – not applicable for IB diplomas, EB diplomas, leaving certificates issued in UE, OECD, EFTA and Ukraine, China and Libya.
  In order to obtain a decision, you should immediately apply to the education superintendent after receiving the foreign high school  certificate go to the education superintendent’s website

May 7 and 8, 2025

from 8:00am to 4:00pm

Exam checking the knowledge of the English language – applies to candidates applying for studies in English, who do not have a language certificate honored by SGGW. Interviews will be conducted online via MS Teams platform.

Documents’ delivery to SGGW from the selected candidates.

Candidates qualified for admission who do not submit documents within the prescribed period are treated as persons resigning from participation in recruitment.
