Prof. dr hab. Danuta Kołożyn-Krajewska titled an Honorary Professor of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin
Prof. dr hab. Danuta Kołożyn-Krajewska, Department of Human Nutrition, Institute of Human Nutrition Sciences, was awarded the title of Honorary Professor of the Uniwersytetu Przyrodniczego w Lublinie.
The ceremony took place on 25 October 2022 at the Congress Center of the UP, at ul. Akademicka 15, Lublin.

Prof. dr hab. Danuta Kołożyn-Krajewska works at the Institute of Food Sciences, SGGW, and the Faculty of Dietetics and Food Science, Jan Długosz University Częstochowa.
The professor’s scientific interests include the quality of food, mainly microbiological aspects, prognostic microbiology, probiotics and probiotic food, meat technology, food production hygiene and quality assurance systems and quality management in food processing. Professor Kołozyn-Krajewska has published about 600 scientific and popular science works, textbooks, and books, and 10 patents.

A partner in the Leonardo da Vinci, Concerted Action, Flair Flow Europe (National Network Leader) projects, PHARE and DOLCETA (expert) projects and a reviewer evaluating projects in FP 6 and 7.
