Mobility call for traineeships within Erasmus+ program - academic year 2024/25

The International Relations Office is opening a mobility call for Erasmus+ traineeships. Deadline for submitting the application documents is 15 December 2024.

  • WHO

    Mobility call is addressed to students of the first, second, and third cycle studies (completed at least the first year of first cycle studies) who have the status of an SGGW student. Veterinary Medicine Students can apply for a traineeship after completing 3 years of studies.

  • WHERE

    The traineeship can be carried out in an Erasmus+ program country (EU countries and countries associated with the program – list).

    A student/graduate of SGGW may go for a traineeship to a foreign company, scientific and research institution, university with an ECHE Card, non-profit organization, or other type of institution located in a country participating in the Erasmus+ program. The traineeship cannot be carried out during a diplomatic mission in your country, an EU institution, or an institution responsible for managing EU programs.

  • WHEN

    Mobility should occur in the academic year 2024/25 (the ending date of the mobility must be max. 30/09/2025). The minimum duration of the traineeship is 60 days.

  • FINANCIAL SUPPORT

    The scholarship is paid for a maximum of 3 months (90 days). The monthly scholarship rate is EUR 750 or EUR 820, depending on the country.

    For each mobility, a travel financial support / lump sum is provided.

    Students with fewer opportunities (people with disabilities or people who receive a social grant in the current academic year) can receive a monthly supplement to the scholarship in the amount of EUR 250.

  • APPLICATION DOCUMENTS

    • Application form
    • Confirmation of knowledge of a foreign language at least at B1 level: (scan of the result of the extended secondary school leaving exam in a foreign language – min. 50%), international certificates, e.g., FCE, CAE, TOEFL, LCCI)*
    • preliminary consent of the host institution in the form of an Acceptance Letter or official e-mail
    • in the case of veterinary medicine students – acceptance of the faculty coordinator for the implementation of the traineeship in the clinic indicated by them

    *it is possible to pass the language exam online in the case of not having one of the mentioned certificates; English-language students are exempt from the exam.

  • QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

    1. Priority for mobility is given to students who have not yet participated in any form of Erasmus+ mobility.

    2. Mobilities lasting at least 90 calendar days will be extra scored.
    3. Other criteria: average grade for academic year 2023/24, additional activity at the university: e.g. participation in scientific clubs, sports sections, participation in international conferences.
