1. Candidates – submission of application form via IRK system
2. IRO – evaluation of applications and nomination of candidates in partner universities
3. Nominated candidates – submission of application form via partner universities recruitment systems

Application documents
Application documents in English:
- confirmation of student status with GPA issued by sending faculty
- up-to-date transcript of recors issued by sending faculty
- confirmation of English language proficiency (min. CEFR B2)
- learning agreement, comparison card, recognition card
- motivation letter
In addition, for nominated candidates:
- documents required by the partner universities
Costs and financing
Costs:
Costs related to mobility (transportation, accommodation, living expenses, insurance) to be covered by the student.
SIT registration fee.
Co-financing:
- SGGW co-financing (circa 1000 PLN) – written application to SGGW Rector (approved by the Dean of the sending faculty) with justification (e.g. cost calculation for airline tickets)
- co-financing for candidates nominated to NCHU: accommodation on campus and scholarship NT$7000/month – max. 4 months
- co-financing for candidates nominated for SIT: SIT scholarship in case SIT criteria are met
