Description of direction
Students gain a thorough theoretical and practical knowledge of the functioning of enterprises and public institutions. They acquire the ability to recognize and diagnose
and solving problems of managing human, material and financial resources
and information. Graduates have knowledge in the field of management sciences and related sciences regarding the essence, regularity and problems of the functioning of organizations (enterprises and public institutions) and the methods of effective and efficient solving these problems.
They can communicate effectively, negotiate and work in a team. The distinguishing feature
management graduates at SGGW are familiar with the specificity of enterprises and economic units operating in the broadly understood agribusiness sphere.
The study program includes:
FIRST CYCLE STUDIES: mathematics, statistics, organization science, corporate finance, law,
microeconomics, the basics of macroeconomics, organizational behavior, project management, foreign language.
SECOND CYCLE STUDIES: international marketing, negotiations, change management, accounting
management, strategic management, foreign language.
Depending on the level and form of studies, students can broaden their knowledge of the following topics:
