Candidates participating in the qualification procedure:- with a concurrent diploma:
- engineer's diploma in forestry - having a diploma requiring verification of the convergence of learning outcomes:
- an engineering diploma or a diploma of completion of long-cycle master's studies in another related field of study or a foreign diploma entitling you to apply for admission to second-cycle studies in the country of issue.
Form of verification of the convergence of learning outcomes: A scan of the diploma supplement or a list of subjects, hours, grades and ECTS points implemented in the study program, on the basis of which the candidate applies for admission to studies, certified by the university, is verified. The candidate attaches the indicated documents to his/her profile in the IRK system. If, as a result of the analysis, any discrepancies in results are found, the student will be obliged to make up for any competence gaps during the second-cycle studies by completing and passing the courses indicated by the committee, in an amount not exceeding 30 ECTS. Candidates whose expected learning outcomes have been positively verified are taken into account for further qualification.
Foreigners whose knowledge of the Polish language at least B2 level has been confirmed by accepting an uploaded language certificate in IRK or through an interview checking their knowledge of the Polish language at the same level are admitted to the procedure.
The qualification of candidates who meet the requirements specified above and, in the case of foreigners, a language certificate, is based on the arithmetic average of all final grades in subjects covered by the first-cycle study program. If the number of candidates exceeds the admission limit, first (based on the average grade from first-cycle studies) graduates of first-cycle studies in forestry will be admitted, secondly (based on the average grade from first-cycle studies) graduates of other fields of study will be accepted. The result on the basis of which the ranking list is created is the product of the above-mentioned average and the convergence coefficient.
For studies in English, candidates who prove their knowledge of English at a minimum level of B2 are admitted to the recruitment procedure, and the document will be accepted in the IRK system. Documents required by the Warsaw University of Life Sciences are accepted.
