In November 2023, Wageningen University & Research launches the international student competition Nature-based Future Challenge with the support of FFAR.
The Challenge is open to BSc, MSc, and PhD students worldwide. Relevant study backgrounds include, amongst other, Landscape architecture, Spatial planning, Forestry, (Organic) Agriculture, Nature Conservation, Environmental Sciences, Land, Water, Urban and Marine Resources Management. Students can join with their own team or register as single participants and be assigned to a team.
It is a unique opportunity for students to boost their professional skills, learn from and network with industry leaders, and to meet and exchange ideas with students from universities worldwide. Top teams receive a participation certificate and travel & accommodation budget to attend the Grand Finals in the Netherlands.
