Applications for research grants for conducting research projects at American universities in the academic year 2024/2025 under the Exchange Program to the US are now open.
GRANTS ARE AWARDED IN ALL SCIENTIFIC DISCIPLINES IN THREE CATEGORIES:
1. The Kosciuszko Foundation Fellowship is addressed to research and teaching employees at every stage of their career after obtaining a doctoral degree. The scholarship, lasting from 3 to 6 months, enables people employed in Polish academic and scientific institutions to carry out independent research or research and teaching projects at American universities, research institutes, government institutions or non-governmental organizations.
2. Kosciuszko Foundation Grants are grants lasting from 3 to 6 months, intended for students of doctoral studies at Polish universities. The purpose of the scholarship is to carry out your own research project at an American university or non-governmental organization in the USA.
3. The Kosciuszko Foundation Teaching Fellowship is awarded to Polish lecturers who intend to teach Polish history, culture and literature at American universities. They are granted for a maximum of 9 months.

The Kosciuszko Foundation, founded in New York in 1925, has been working in the United States and Poland for over 90 years to deepen ties between the two countries through educational programs and scientific and cultural exchange. Every year, the Foundation allocates almost a million dollars for scholarships and research grants for Polish scientists, visits of American scientists to Poland, participation of American students in summer schools at Polish universities, and learning English in Poland as part of summer language camps.
