Erasmus+ mobility call for traineeships outside EU
IRO cordially invites you to take part in the recruitment for internships outside of the European Union. Applications will be accepted until 07/04/2023
WHO: The recruitment is adressed to the students of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree studies (with at least the first year of first-cycle studies finished) with the status of a student at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences.
WHERE: The internship can be carried out in an Erasmus+ partner country (third countries not associated with the program – LIST) Great Britain and Switzerland are also included in this group of countries. The host institution may be a company, research institute, laboratory, university from the partner country or any other suitable workplace
WHEN: Mobility can be carried out at the earliest in the next summer holidays until the end of 2023 at the latest. The internship must last a minimum of 60 days
FINANCING: Mobility funding is provided for a maximum of 4 months. The monthly scholarship rat eis EUR 700 except for region 13 and 14 countries (for these regions the scholarship is EUR 670)
For each mobility, travel costs are covered in accordance with the following guidelines:
-distance from 500km to 1999km -EUR 275
-distance from 2000km to 2999km – EUR 360
– distance from 3000km to 3999km – EUR 530
– distance from 4000km to 7999km – EUR 820
– distance 8000km and more – EUR 1500
Students with fewer opportunities (people with disabilities or people who receive a social scholarship in the current academic year) may receive a monthly suplement to the scholarship in the amount of EUR 250
To partake in the recruitment proces, please provide IRO with:
–Scholarship outside of EU application form
– foreign language knowledge confirmation
– initial consent of the host institution in the form of a letter of intent containing the signature of the legal representative of the host institution (e.g. President, director, head of the human resources department) and the seal of the institution. In the absence of a seal, the letter should be printed on the organization letterhead
– two letters of reference from the SGGW academic employees, confirming immaculate opinion of the candidate and support for the implementation of the indicated practices
– cover letter prepared by the candidate justyfuing the choice of the place of the internship and the expected results of the mobility in the context of competence development and additional learning outcomes
– in case of Veterinary students – Faculty coordinator acceptance in regards of realization of internship in chosen clinic
Deadline for submiting the documents: 07/04/2023. Final qualification will be presented as part of the ranking list.
