We carry out occupational medicine examinations “for candidates for secondary or higher education and vocational qualification courses, pupils of those schools, students, students of vocational qualification courses and participants in doctoral studies from the Mazovian Voivodeship who are exposed to harmful, disruptive or dangerous factors during practical vocational training or studies “

We are one of the medical entities contracted to perform the task “Uczniowie 2020” [“Pupils 2020”].

Tests can be ordered in registration:

Tel. 22 593-14-30 Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 17.30

The tests shall be carried out between 12:00 and 18:00:

8:30 – 15:00 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and
8:30 – 17:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays,

in our clinic at ul. Nowoursynowska 161 at DS Limba.

Medical examinations are carried out on a minor under the age of 16 in the NZOZ SGGW in the presence of a parent or guardian.

Persons under the age of 16 must have the written consent of the legal representative or de facto guardian to carry out the examination and provide other health services. Consent shall be given in the presence of an employee of NZOZ SGGW, after identification of the person making the relevant statement in this regard

Due to the threat of sars-coV-2 coronavirus epidemic, every visitor to our clinic is obliged to undergo body temperature measurement, provide information about the current state of health, have a mask, disinfect hands and maintain the prescribed distance between patients and, if possible, medical personnel.
Please reserve at least 20 minutes for the test each time.
