Inviting interns from abroad
In order to invite a foreign intern, a letter should be prepared to the Rector with a request for the intern’s consent to stay signed by the Director of the Institute and the academic tutor.
It is suggested that the following information should be included in the application:
- trainee data (name, surname, university name and academic position)
- date of stay
- data of the academic tutor
- information that the internship will take place without payment for education and scholarship benefits from our University (does not apply to interns at the I. Wyhowski award)
- possibly a request for consent to be allocated accommodation in a Dormitory. Eden from the pool of places of the Rector’s Housing Commission
The letter should be submitted to the International Cooperation Office (building 8, room 19)
