WELCOME TO SGGW
WELCOME TO SGGW project in the frame of the Welcome to Poland Program, implemented between 01.05.2022 and 30.04.2023.
OBJECTIVE: organizational support of the University in accepting foreigners (students, doctoral students and academic staff) and ensuring high-quality service (employment of foreigners and central, comprehensive support for foreigners).
ACTIVITIES: training support for employees in regard to assuring high-quality service for foreigners; bilingual preparation of selected university documents; preparation of WePoint labeling system; organization of WePoint space by developing a functional concept with an architectural design and interior arrangement; employment of a WePoint employee; purchase of WePoint equipment.
BUDGET: 174 614,74 PLN
TIME2GETREADY
Time2GetReady project in the frame of the Welcome to Poland Program, implemented between 01.01.2019 and 03.31.2021.
OBJECTIVE: to increase the competences of academic and administrative staff, increase the potential of SGGW in accepting foreigners, ensuring the proper English-language campus signage system, developing internationalization at home.
ACTIVITIES: shaping attitudes of openness and tolerance in the teaching and administrative processes by organizing language courses and improving competences in the field of communication and intercultural relations; simultaneous translations of important university events and translations of SGGW legal acts and documents related to studying and everyday functioning in the university environment; organization of orientation and integration events for foreign students; campus signage system.
BUDGET: 391 150 PLN
PROM
PROM project in the frame of the PROM Program, implemented in the period between 01.10.2019 and 31.03.2023.
OBJECTIVE: increasing the competences and qualifications of participants, improving the accessibility of international education programs, as well as increasing mobility in terms of trips abroad and arrivals of foreign scholarship holders to SGGW, including students and staff from outside the EU.
ACTIVITIES: supporting the participation of doctoral students and representatives of academic staff (up to 40 years of age) in short forms of foreign education (lasting from 5 to 30 days with financing of living and travel costs), including active participation in conferences, in internships and in summer and winter schools.
BUDGET: 606,620 PLN
UNIGREEN UA
UNIgreen UA project in the frame of the NAWA commissioned task, implemented in the period between 01.01.2023 and 31.12.2023.
OBJECTIVE: inclusion of Ukrainian universities: National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine (NULES; Ukraine) oraz Podillia State University (PDATU; Ukraine) in the activities of the UNIgreen Alliance
BUDGET: 991 518,51 PLN
SOLIDARITY WITH UKRAINE
Solidarity with Ukraine at SGGW project in the frame of the Solidarity with Ukraine Program, implemented between 01.04.2022 and 30.09.2022
OBJECTIVE: enabling students and PhD students who are citizens of Ukraine and came to Poland after February 24, 2022 to participate in a Polish language course at SGGW
BUDGER: 120 000 PLN
SGGW-IDEA
The SGGW-IDEA project in the frame of the Foreign Promotion Program, implemented betweeb 01.10.2019 and 30.09.2020.
OBJECTIVE: to support the financing of the costs of peer-reviewed scientific publications in prestigious foreign publishing houses, publications qualified for publication in journals in the following databases: Scopus, Web of Science or publications in reviewed materials from international conferences indexed in the above-mentioned bases.
BUDGET: PLN 100,000
MODERN FOREIGN PROMOTION
The Modern Foreign Promotion Project, implemented between 01.03.2019 and 28.02.2020.
PURPOSE: supporting the participation of SGGW representatives in foreign education fairs (India, Kazakhstan, Thailand), training in image building and social communication, and the purchase of a promotion and recruitment support tool, including maintaining contact with fair participants in order to recruit for studies at SGGW.
