Teleporada
Due to the threat of sars-coV-2 coronavirus epidemic, teleporada (telemedicine) is the preferred way to provide medical advice in our clinic.
Teleporada can be arranged at the reception of the clinic just like any other doctor’s appointment in the clinic.
The doctor, calling the patient, will decide each time whether it is necessary to visit the doctor’s office and carry out the examination in direct contact with the patient or do it by telephone consultation. These circumstances shall be determined on a case-by-case basis in consultation with the patient or his/her legal guardian, taking into account the patient’s willingness to contact the relevant medical staff in person.
The doctor, during the visit, after having determined such a technical possibility in advance and each time taking into account the patient’s will, can go into video mode with the microphone and cameras available on the patient’s smartphone. The service is provided on Android phones
and IOS.
If you cannot be reached, your doctor will again attempt to contact you twice, with an interval of not less than 5 minutes. If it is not possible to contact the patient, this information will be entered into the medical records and the visit will be closed.
A patient asked for a personal visit shall show up punctually at the agreed time.
During the state of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus epidemic, every visitor to our clinic is obliged to undergo body temperature measurement, provide information about the current state of their health, should wear a mask, disinfect their hands and maintain the prescribed distance between patients and, if possible, medical personnel.
If you need to receive an e-prescription, referral, e-referral, or e-waiver, you do not need to appear in person at our facility. The case can be consulted by phone with your doctor or reception staff, who will choose the optimal course of action.
