National Immunisation Programme against COVID

Our clinic has been qualified for the National Sars-CoV-2 Virus Vaccination Program announced by the Polish Government.

This means that all patients, regardless of whether they are declared patients of our clinic, will be able to choose NZOZ SGGW as the place of their vaccination against COVID-19.

The process of registering for vaccinations will be based on a central e-registration system, integrating individual admissions schedules of individual vaccination points.

In order to make an appointment, patients can call the Helpline created for this purpose – no. 989; electronically through their Online Patient Account (available on pacjent.gov.pl) or sign up directly at the vaccination point.

Both the vaccine and the vaccination visit will be free of charge. The patient immunization process will be carried out in accordance with the vaccination order announced by the Government.

At the moment, we do not yet have full knowledge of the rules for appointment and vaccination. However, please take into account that in our clinic will also be able to vaccinate people outside the list of patients declared to NZOZ SGGW, and the registration process itself will be carried out using a central IT system operating outside the control of our clinic.

We will inform you about the next stages and the process of implementation of vaccinations after obtaining detailed information from the Government.
