Booking an appointment

Please call  the surgery on 22 5931430 to book an appointment with a  doctor. You may be asked to give the receptionist the reason for the appointment in order to be referred to the appropriate doctor.

Getting a same-day appointment depends on the availability of the doctors and nurses. 

Receptionists do not make clinical decisions!

Telephone appointments

You can phone the centre to make an appointment.

Telephone or video appointments are offered on week days . A doctor will call you back and if necessary, they may advise you to come to the centre. 

Repeat prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions can be ordered over the telephone or in person. Your prescription will be available for collection within 48 hours ( excluding weekends / bank holidays). 

We are able to take repeat prescription request over the telephone.

Ensuring continuity of care
If you need a referral to a specialist doctor (e.g. psychiatrist ) to ensure continuity of your treatment or support, you are encouraged to contact us to discuss your needs/problems and to get the  appropriate referral.
