Recruitment process:
1. Candidate – submission of application documents online via IRK recuitment system
2. IRO – ewaluation and nomination of candidates
3. Candidates nominated for the exchange – submission of documents via application system of the partner university

Recruitment:

via IRK system  registration for exvhange student 2023.24_spring semester

before submission registration in the IRK system is required

deadline 21 August2023

Application documents:

prepared in English language

• confirmation of student status + cummulative GPA
• transcript of records
• language certificate – min. B2 level
• learning agreement, karta uzgodnień, karta porównań
• motivation letter

Additionally, nominated candidates:

• documents specific for the application process of the selected partner university

Costs:

mobility costs to be covered by the student

NOTICE: in case of SIT student must cover registration fee

Co-financing:

• co-financing of candidates nominated to NCHU: accommodation on campus; scholarship NT$7000/month – max. 4 months
• co-financing from SGGW: up to PLN 1,000 – application to dr hab. Marta Mendel, prof. SGGW, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation, approved by the Dean of the sending faculty, with justification (e.g. estimated costs of the flight ticket)
