Recruitment calendar – 2nd degree studies starting in the winter semester for the 2020/2021 academic year List of courses

Please Note! A candidate who has not yet obtained a 1st degree diploma (before the defense of the diploma thesis / diploma examination) can register and qualify. The number of the diploma and the date of defense can be entered into the enrollment form when submitting documents to the Student Affairs Office.

16th of September	10:00 a.m. 24	registration of candidates and selection of the field and form of study in the Candidate Service System (SOK)
September 8	10:00 a.m. 20	communications on: deadlines and competency tests – fields of study: economics, finance and accounting, logistics, tourism and recreation, management, sociology the dates and forms of qualifying meetings with WKR regarding the verification of the expected learning outcomes achieved in the 1st degree studies, provided that there is no compatibility between the completed 1st degree study program specified in the measures of these effects and the selected study program confirmation of the knowledge of the English language – for studies conducted in English (information will appear on the recruitment website, the message will also be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the candidate during registration)
September 9-11		according to the schedule given on September 8 – interviews with WKR -> check
September 10		according to the schedule given on September 8 – competence tests -> check
September 10		deadline for payment of the enrollment fee;
11 September	10:00 a.m. 24	candidate: deadline for submitting a completed enrollment form (grade point average from 1st degree studies) KR: the deadline for supplementing the results of the qualification procedure (results of competency tests, interviews, verification of learning outcomes, confirmation of knowledge of English)
September 14th	10:00 a.m. 22	announcement of qualification results (SOK, message via e-mail)
September 15-16		supplementing data in the SOK by qualified candidates, attaching a digital photography to the student ID card at SOK, adding a scan of the diploma to the SOK, confirmation in SOK by qualified persons of their readiness to start studies at SGGW, a printout of a personal questionnaire from the SOK
September 17-22		deadline for receipt of documents at SGGW: sending by post, courier, in justified cases in person, on working days between 9 – 15 building 8 (when sending documents, we suggest sending parcels as soon as possible, i.e. by September 16) Submitting a complete set of documents is a prerequisite for admission to studies. A candidate waiting for the diploma to be issued shall submit – a certificate containing information on the completion of studies, including, inter alia, information on: completed field of study, level of education, obtained professional title, date of the diploma examination, diploma number -> TEMPLATE certificate for candidates who have completed 1st degree or long-cycle studies at universities other than SGGW
