Announcement of the Rector of WULS-SGGW of April 9, 2020

with reference to the Announcements of the Rector of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences of 17 March 2020 and of March 24, 2020 concerning the rules of the University’s operation during a temporary limitation of its activities in connection with the prevention, counteraction and combating of COVID-19, pursuant to art. 23 sec. 1 and 2 of the Act of July 20, 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 85, as amended) and the Act of March 2, 2020 on special solutions related to the prevention, counteracting and combating COVID-19, other infectious diseases and crisis situations caused by them (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 374, as amended), hereby:

I extend the rules of the University’s functioning set out in the Rector’s Announcement of March 17, 2020, including the principle of remote work, until April 26, 2020, with the proviso that this deadline may be changed if the provisions of generally applicable law provide otherwise.
