The three key needs of the family
1. Carbon
The modest family budget does not allow for the purchase of coal, which is necessary to heat an apartment in cold weather.
2. Food
Buying food with a long shelf life would help the family with daily expenses.
3. Clothing
The children grew out of last year’s winter clothes, the families cannot afford to buy new ones. Cold days take their toll on children.
