Call phases:
1. Candidate – submission of application documents via IRK system
2. IRO – evaluation of candidates and nomination to partner universities
3. Nominated candidate – submission of application documents via partner university application system

Registration costs (if applicable) and mobility costs (travel and living expenses, insurance policy) are to be covered by the student.

Financing:

• SGGW financing (app. 1500 PLN) – application to SGGW Rector authorised and approved by the Dean, with the description of costs (eg. travel costs)
• financing for candidates nominated to NCHU: free of charge accommodation and scholarship NT$7000/month – for a period of max. 4 months
• financing for candidates nominated to SIT: SIT scholarship in case of fulfilling SIT requirements
