Documents required for second-degree studies from candidates who are Polish citizens
Candidates admitted to studies at SGGW submit their documents to the Student Affairs Office (ul. Nowoursynowska 166; building 8) on the dates specified in the recruitment calendar.
Documents required for enrollment for second-degree studies at SGGW
- Registration of the candidate in the Candidate Service System (SOK) on the dates set in the recruitment calendar (it is necessary to attach the candidate’s photo in an electronic version).
- Personal survey – a printout, available at the Administration Panel of the Candidate Service System (proof of identity must be presented for inspection).
- Documents verified by SGGW: a copy of the graduation diploma (until receipt of the diploma – a certificate of graduation with the number of the diploma, diploma grade, and the date of the diploma examination) or a copy of the diploma obtained outside the Republic of Poland, entitling the candidate to continue education at second-degree studies in the country where the university operates, or entitling the candidateto continue education on the basis of an international agreement or recognized as equivalent to a relevant Polish diploma through nostrification (recognition).
- A photocopy of the supplement for diploma , an official transcript containing the list of grades and subjects carried out throughout the course of studies (the original must be presented for inspection).
- Current photo compliant with the requirements applicable to identity cards (the same as the digital photograph attached to the online registration form).
- Certificate of an occupational medicine doctor – candidates qualified for admission to the fields of study for which this type of certificate is required. After submitting the documents, the referral will be issued by the Dean’s Office. The candidate will be obliged to submit a certificate at the dean’s office confirming that there are no health contraindications for studying at the relevant faculty, in the subject specified by the dean’s office.
- Document confirming the knowledge of English in the case of a candidate applying for studies conducted in that language.
* Candidates without diplomas (waiting for a diploma to be issued) submit “Certificate for candidates for second-degree studies at SGGW” – containing information about completed studies ( TEMPLATE certificate for candidates who have completed first-degree or long-cycle studies at universities other than SGGW )
Candidates who have completed first-degree studies at SGGW – receive a certificate at the faculty dean’s offices (printouts from HMS).

Any candidate shall pay a recruitment fee to the bank account number that will be assigned to him during online registration at SOK.
