Success of the SGGW Doctoral School in the ProDok 2024 competition

On 16 November 2024, the awards for the ProDok 2024 Doctoral Environment Competition were presented during a gala ceremony. This prestigious event, organised by doctoral student self-governments from Polish research centres, celebrates the most pro-doctoral initiatives of the past academic year.

In the Doctoral School category, the SGGW Doctoral School emerged victorious. Its efforts were recognised for fostering the development of young scientists and cultivating a supportive academic environment. This award underscores the commitment of PhD students and their mentors to creating a space that promotes learning, collaboration, and innovation.

About the ProDok 2024 Competition

The ProDok Competition aims to highlight initiatives that promote equal opportunities, a collegial atmosphere, and the professional growth of young researchers. This year’s edition was particularly remarkable, with nearly 100 entries submitted. The winners were selected through a vote by doctoral students’ self-governments from across the country.
